Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an ICU travel nurse in Redding, CA for a 13‑week assignment. The travel RN will work 36 hours per week on a 12‑hour night shift in the ICU, starting ASAP. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and current ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications.

The role includes direct patient care, monitoring, medication administration, and family education in a critical care environment. Benefits and travel support are provided through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• NIH certification(s) may be required before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in ICU setting.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vitals.
• Administer medications and assess responses.
• Assist with diagnostics and treatments.
• Educate and support patient families.
