TalentBurst is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week onsite contract in Conroe, TX. The role offers day shifts, 12-hour shifts, and responsibilities including lab draws and IV insertions, with a focus on patient safety and collaboration with physicians.

Required BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification, and Expanse EMR experience. Weekly stipends and base pay are provided for a travel/telemetry assignment.

Qualifications

• RN with licensure in Texas.
• Experience with Telemetry and Med-Surg units.
• Familiar with Expanse EMR and patient admissions/discharges.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab draws and IV insertions.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor vitals.
• Communicate with physicians and care team; participate in huddles and shift reports.
