Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a Med Surg Tele unit in Needham, MA. The assignment runs for 8 weeks starting December 7, 2026, with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly on 12-hour rotating days/nights and every other weekend/holiday rotation. Epic experience, MA license, and BLS/ACLS are required.

Paid weekly, travel support provided, and dedicated recruiting assistance available throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• MA RN license and active status.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• 2+ years Med Surg Tele experience, BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in Med Surg Telemetry unit with ongoing assessment and escalation.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to arrhythmias.
• Collaborate on care plans and discharge planning.
• Document care in Epic EMR and educate patients.
• Support patient and family education post-discharge.
