Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN with a VA or compact license for a seasonal night shift contract.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit (6F)
• Night shift scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week seasonal travel contract
• Typical responsibilities include providing patient care and monitoring on a Med/Surg unit
• Required application documentation includes references, skills checklist, state license verification, and copies of certifications
• Candidates must provide full name, SSN, and DOB for consideration
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
• Must have a US Social Security Number (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past year
