Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel RN for Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA. You will cover Medical-Surgical/Telemetry floors on 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, for an 8-week contract starting 01/04/2027. This onsite assignment requires travel experience and Epic proficiency.

Expect 72 guaranteed hours biweekly with a weekly base pay of $1,260–$1,296 plus a $1,666 weekly stipend. Local candidates may be considered. Floats and shorthanded days are possible during winter staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active MA license.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience and prior travel assignments.
• Experience in Telemetry/Medical-Surgical units.
• Epic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30) on MS/Telemetry units.
• Travel nursing and float between assignments as needed.
• Deliver patient care at Winchester Hospital under the TalentBurst program.
