Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an RN for a travel assignment at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA. The position covers Med Surg/Telemetry on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). 8-week contract starting 10/12/2026 with guaranteed hours and travel stipends. Onsite role with competitive benefits and hospital support.

The traveler will work a 12-hour night schedule, 3 days per week, on a float basis as needed, with Epic experience required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2 years RN experience in hospital setting.
• Experience with travel nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care on Med Surg/Telemetry units.
• Document care and patient status in Epic EMR.
• Coordinate with travel teams and hospital staff on patient needs.

Shift - 12H Night 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Facility: Winchester Hospital

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked

8 week need - 12/07 start date - Will not accept more than three days rto. No holiday rto will be approved. BILH coversheet required at time of submission.

12H Nights, 7a-7a. This is a FLOAT position.
