TalentBurst is seeking a Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN for Milton Hospital in Milton, MA for an 8-week, on-site travel contract starting 10/12/2026. Night shift 12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, three days per week, with guaranteed 72 hours biweekly.

Candidates must have recent acute Med-Surg with Telemetry, MA RN license, CPR/ACLS, and Epic experience. Testing (ECG/Telemetry and medications) is required prior to acceptance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license or eligibility.
• Recent acute Medical-Surgical with Telemetry experience (2+ years).
• CPR and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Night shift 12 hours/day, 3 days/week.
• Contract = 72 guaranteed hours biweekly on all assignments.
• Must read and interpret patient strips; no telemetry techs available; pass ECG/Telemetry and medications tests prior to acceptance.

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments - these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Comments And Notes: WINTER STAFFING NEEDS - TRAVELERS DO NOT NEED A SEPARATION PERIOD FROM BILH TO SUBMIT TO OPEN ORDERS - 8 week need 12/08 start date only - Will not accept more than three days rto.

Epic experience required.

** THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE TELE TECHS. ALL RNS ARE REQUIRED TO READY AND INTERPRET THEIR OWN STRIPS. YOU MUST PASS TESTING DURING ONBOARDING. *** **PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE- ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS ** Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to acceptance. We need RN s to test within 48 hrs of confirmation. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RN s prepare for the test, leveraging the Study Guide provided by the client that include tips and answers - -

12H Night shift - every other weekend required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Min Education: Equivalent to a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Min Experience: Recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience required - 2 years required.

License/Registration: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.

Skills/Certification: CPR, ACLS Epic experience required
