Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will provide high-quality care in med-surg and telemetry units, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements include 1 year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS. Preferred NIHSS or ACLS certifications with ongoing professional development and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians.
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure infection control.
