Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. As a member of our team, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care in a hospital setting, monitor telemetry data, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires a valid RN license, BLS, and at least one year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience. NIHSS/ACLS are preferred; travel benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.
• NIHSS certification and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in med-surg and telemetry units.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition.
