American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN with a California license and 2+ years of experience for a day-shift assignment. The role includes every other weekend, no on-call requirements, and potential floating to Ashby or Herrick campuses based on census.

Candidate must have CA RN license, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, and travel nursing experience; IV therapy and line management skills are required. Generous housing allowance and travel reimbursements provided.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Tele experience; travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med/Surg Tele nursing in unit setting.
• Maintain 1:5 patient ratio.
• Day shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, every other weekend.
• No on-call requirements; may float to Ashby or Herrick campuses as needed.
• Primary nurse from admission to discharge; ensure patient safety and comfort.
