Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Carthage, Tennessee. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care on a Medical/Surgical floor within a critical access hospital, primarily adult and geriatric patients with some pediatric cases.

The position requires active ACLS and BLS certifications, ADN or BSN degree, Tennessee Abuse Registry check, and one or more years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• ADN or BSN degree required.
• Tennessee Abuse Registry check required.
• One or more years of RN experience in Med/Surg required.
• Travel eligibility: minimum 60 miles from facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care on a Medical/Surgical floor.
• Deliver high-quality patient care for adult and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric cases.
• Perform IV therapy, Foley catheter care, pain management, and EMAR documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and adhere to hospital policies.
