ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical Stroke Unit in Crestview, FL. This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week, with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and travel benefits tailored to support your housing and relocation needs.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license, BLS, NIHSS, and at least 2 years of Med-Surg experience with stroke care. You will assess, plan, and implement patient care while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med-Surg RN experience.
• Experience in stroke care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to stroke and medical-surgical patients.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs, and report any changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans.
• Educate patients and families on stroke recovery and prevention strategies.
