Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Clinton, Indiana. The position requires a Med Surg RN with at least 18 months of acute care Med/Surg experience, active RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification and 18 months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
