American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a night shift travel pool in Wisconsin. Candidates should have current WI license, BLS, NIHSS, and 24+ months Med/Surg experience, with Epic EMR proficiency. Travel experience and supervisory references enhance candidacy.

The role requires neuro and surgical MS care, night hours (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), every other weekend, and holiday coverage. Local campus float possible within the same discipline.

Qualifications

• Active WI or compact RN license.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum 24 months Med/Surg experience.
• Comfort caring for neuro and surgical patients in MS unit.
• Epic EMR experience.
• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred.
• Supervisor reference within last 2 years required.
• Gaps >30 days explained in work history.
• Skills checklist for Medical Surgical discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Float within a regional MS unit as part of a travel pool.
• Care for neuro and surgical MS patients.
• Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3x12s.
• Every other weekend required.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• May float across local campuses within same discipline.
• Uses Epic EMR for documentation.
• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Holiday coverage for 1-2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Past UPH travel employees require 1-year break before returning.
