Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week assignment in Windsor, NC. This role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour days, and travel employment with comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of Med Surg RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS certification. NIHSS/ACLS preferred for progression within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg RN experience.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health conditions in Med Surg and telemetry units.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Document patient information and communicate changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety at all times.
