Responsibilities

• Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
• Patient ratios may be up to 1:7 when floated to Med/Surg
• Night shifts, with options for either three or four 12-hour shifts per week (18:30–07:00)
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating to Med/Surg required
• Participation in nursing student support and clinical education is required in addition to clinical care duties
• General orientation begins on Sundays, which includes online learning modules
• Dress code and additional onboarding details will be provided prior to start

Requirements

• Active TN or compact state RN license required at the time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Must demonstrate competency in both PCU and Med/Surg settings
• Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
