Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for a hospital-based breast center in New Jersey. You will perform stereotactic biopsies, breast interventions, and diagnostic mammography exams using Epic and Sectra PACS.

Full-time, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with potential to float to a nearby sister hospital and no on-call requirements. NJ license and MQSA compliance emphasized; strong communication and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• ARRT Mammography certification is required.
• Graduate of an NJDEP or JRCERT approved radiography program.
• NJ DEP X-ray License if applicable.
• 8 hours of documented 2D and 3D training.
• Up to date with 15 current Mammography CE credits.
• Proficiency in Epic and Sectra PACS preferred, can be obtained during training.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammographic exams, bone density testing, and breast biopsy procedures.
• Review patient records to ensure all pertinent information is available for the Radiologist.
• Operate in a high-volume hospital breast center and maintain ALARA principles.
• May float to a nearby sister hospital and participate in training of staff or students.
