Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist in Colorado to perform diagnostic mammography and participate in the imaging department's workflow. The role requires an active CO license, ARRT(M) certification, and BLS with 2+ years of experience.

Shifts are 4x10 hours with no call. Housing is available for travelers, and a preference exists for stereo/needle localization experience and DEXA familiarity.

Qualifications

• Active CO state license required
• ARRT(M) certification required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association, card in-hand before start date
• Minimum of 2 years current experience required
• Experience with stereo and needle localization preferred
• DEXA experience is a plus
• Proof of flu vaccination required with no exemptions

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic imaging department with multiple mammography rooms due to increased patient volume
• 4x10 hour day shifts per week
• No call requirement
• Perform mammography procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
• Local candidates are not accepted due to radius rule
• Facility offers housing that travelers may rent directly
