American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Staten Island, New York at an outpatient breast imaging center. The role requires ARRT (R)(M) certification and 2+ years of mammography experience.

The schedule includes 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Monday and Tuesday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Wednesday to Friday, with every other Saturday; 40 hours per week. NYS Mammography license and BLS are required where applicable, with training in digital mammography and tomosynthesis.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(M) certification is required.
• NYS state license in Mammography required if applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience required.
• Documentation of 200 mammography cases completed in the last 24 months.
• Digital Mammography and Tomosynthesis training documentation required.
• Documentation of Didactic Training required.
• Two professional references from previous managers in current discipline/specialty required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams in an outpatient breast imaging center.
• Ensure patient safety and quality standards during imaging.
• Communicate results and coordinate with radiologists and staff.
