MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Bethel, Alaska. The contract runs for 13 weeks with a 40-hour work week and flexible 8-hour shifts, starting on 11/23/2026.

This allied health travel role offers enhanced housing options and comprehensive credentialing support. The position requires completion of a two-year radiologic technology program, state radiology registration, ARRT certification, and preferred prior mammography experience, ideally

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of Mammographic Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and assist Radiologist in mammography procedures, including breast biopsies.
• Produce high quality mammography images for radiologist review.
• Educate patients about the exam and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a patient-focused environment with timely, compassionate service.
• Promote a safe work environment aligned with national patient safety initiatives.
