Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 26-week assignment in Bethel, AK. The role requires 1 year of experience, ARRT (M) certification, BLS, and applicable state licensing.

You will perform mammography duties, develop and assess images, and coordinate with radiologists while following safety and documentation standards. The position is travel-based, 40 hours per week, with rotating 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required.
• ARRT (M) certification and BLS; state license as required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures to patients.
• Interpret physicians' orders and perform mammography study.
• Develop and review mammograms; retake as needed and forward to radiologist.
• Maintain production quality by following standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and safety standards.
• Understand and use McKesson PACS system.
