Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT-M certification to support diagnostic and screening mammography services across multiple locations.

Details

• Outpatient imaging and mammography center setting
• Float between three locations: main facility, mobile van, and breast center
• 5x8 day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend schedule includes Tuesday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Monday off
• Weekend rotation is every other weekend, one Saturday per month
• Performs diagnostic mammograms, screening mammograms, and digital mammography
• Uses Hologic 3D mammography equipment
• Uses Epic charting system

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
• ARRT-M and BLS certification required
• CRT certification required
• California State Mammography Licensure required if applicable
• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Epic EMR experience required
• Adherence to Universal Precautions and Core Measures required

Additional Information

• Works across three locations including a mobile mammography van and breast center
• Follows universal precautions and core clinical safety measures
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Returning staff or travelers must have a separation period of at least one year to be eligible
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only one holiday request approved per contract
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
