Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Omaha, NE. You will perform screenings and diagnostic imaging, working with a dedicated clinical team to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care.

Requirements include one year of mammography experience, a current state license, and BLS certification; ARRT is preferred. This travel role includes comprehensive benefits and support from a clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as a Mammography Tech.
• Current state license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions.
• Position patient appropriately for imaging procedure.
• Maintain imaging equipment and prepare the room for procedures.
• Monitor image quality and adjust for diagnostic accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams.
• Follow hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Practice infection prevention with hand hygiene and PPE.
• Performs other duties within the scope of Mammography Technologists.
