Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Hillsboro, North Dakota. You will oversee nursing care for residents with chronic illnesses, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and supervise staff to ensure quality of life and safety.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of LTC/SNF experience and a current BLS certification, with eligibility for state licensure.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or eligibility in the relevant state.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Ensure infection control, safety and regulatory compliance.
