Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week assignment in Danbury, NC. The RN will provide quality geriatric care in a nursing home setting, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.

The role requires 2+ years of nursing experience, LTAC exposure, BLS, and PointClickCare proficiency, with traveler experience welcome. Night shift, 36 hours/week, and every-other weekend apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Experience in long-term acute care (LTAC) settings is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• PointClickCare experience is required.
• Traveler experience is welcomed; first-time travelers with skilled experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and administer medications as per prescribed protocols.
• Manage care for patients with specific needs, including those with Foley and gastrostomy tubes.
• Monitor vital signs and perform blood glucose checks.
• Implement care plans and assist in the completion of daily nursing tasks.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
