Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care Registered Nurse for a 13‑week travel assignment in Williston, North Dakota. You will provide skilled nursing care, oversee care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality resident care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor changes, and take action to ensure well‑being.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with residents and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for reactions or changes and report concerns to the provider.
• Provide skilled treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegating and ensuring quality care.
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic condition management.
• Document care, progress, and health changes timely.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
