American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for a Long Term Care position in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The role requires a WI or compact RN license, BLS, and experience with elderly patients in a post-acute setting.

The assignment is 13 weeks long, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. Care includes dementia and rehabilitation patients in a 70-bed LTC/SNF, with an interdisciplinary team and on-site therapy services.

Qualifications

• Active WI or compact RN license by start date
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year elderly patient experience
• Clinical skills in charting, assessments, medication administration, IVs, catheters, ostomy care
• Two professional references (supervisor + peer)
• Candidates within 80 miles of facility considered local

Responsabilités

• Work in a LTC/SNF attached to a hospital
• 70-bed facility with private rooms
• Care for dementia, frail elderly and rehabilitation patients
• 1:20 RN ratio with LPNs and CNAs on unit
• 12-hour night shifts; every other weekend/holiday
• No on-call requirements; may float to other units
• Use ECS charting; work with interdisciplinary team; on-site pharmacy/respiratory care
