Qualifications

• Active Alaska Physical Therapist license required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Experience evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care.
• Proficiency with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, transfer training, gait training, and assistive devices.
• Ability to assess patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Strong patient education, clinical documentation, and discharge planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Strong communication, time management, and patient-safety skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
