Provide skilled practical nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents and follow infection control procedures
LPN certification or equivalent
Valid LPN license
CPR certification
IV certification (if required)
At least 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, hospital, or similar setting
Ability to commute to the facility
