ConnectedHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the evening shift at a 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. You will administer medications, monitor resident health, and document care on a 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM schedule.
