Job summary

Requirements

• Active Michigan LPN/LVN license at the time of submission.
• Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC experience required.
• Previous travel experience required.
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions may be considered case-by-case.
• Clinician must be flexible with scheduling; blocked scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
• No on-call requirement.
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.

Additional Information

• Matching scrubs required; gray or purple preferred.
• Must be willing to float to units where experienced.
• Agency must have an active MI iCHAT account and authorization to schedule fingerprinting.
• Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission.
• License verification and BLS documentation required.

• Travelers must clock out properly to ensure accurate compensation.
