Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a CNA/Nurse Assistant at a SNF/LTC in Saluda, Virginia. The role offers $23 per hour for a 13-week assignment with a mid shift (Mids) from 15:00 to 23:00 and 1 opening.

The start date is 10/05/2026. Must have 1 year of experience and BLS certification. Charting experience with EPIC and PointClickCare is required. Exceptional benefits and housing options may apply.
