Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Long Term Care RN for a 13-week travel assignment in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. The PM shift runs 2pm–10pm with a 36-hour week and every-other-weekend commitment. Active WI or compact RN license and BLS are required.

Pay includes weekly stipends and benefits; travel and licensure reimbursements may apply. The assignment emphasizes patient safety, thorough charting, and timely communication with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Active WI or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Work in a skilled nursing facility providing long term care.
• PM shift 2pm–10pm; every other weekend.
• Report significant changes to physicians and families.
• Complete resident assessments and medication administration.
• Perform wound care and assessments.
• Assist CNAs with resident care and respond to call lights.
• Maintain accurate resident records and charting.
• Report any abuse or neglect promptly.
