Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a travel RN for a Long Term Acute Care facility in Florence, SC. This LTAC travel role is 13 weeks long, with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts. We require at least 1 year of LTAC experience, ACLS/BLS, and state licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of RN experience in LTAC or similar high-acuity setting.
• Current BLS certification and eligibility for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer IV medications, manage central lines, monitor vital signs and labs.
• Provide ventilator and tracheostomy care, advanced wound management.
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists, physicians, and case managers.
• Support mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs; supervise LPNs/CNAs.
