ConnectedHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the evening shift at a 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. You will administer medications, monitor resident health, and document care on a 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the care team to maintain high-quality patient care and supporting residents and families with empathy. A current Michigan LPN license and experience in skilled nursing are required.
