Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 12-week engagement starts 10/08/2026 and features 3x12-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:30, with 36 guaranteed hours per week and weekly pay between $756 and $800.

You will provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility, administer meds per order, monitor status, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. Travel is required, and credentialing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Availability for 06:00–18:30 shift on a 3x12-hour schedule.
• Willingness to travel for a 12-week assignment starting 10/08/2026.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor patient status, document findings in the chart, and communicate changes to the supervising RN.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and accommodate comfort and safety needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain clean, accurate records and uphold infection control and safety standards.
