Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical support under the direction of RN supervisors, ensuring smooth patient flow and high patient satisfaction. The role includes administering medications and treatments and acting as a liaison between patients and providers across Occupational Health Ambulatory centers.

Eligible candidates have an accredited LPN program graduation, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per RN orders and complete assigned tasks.
• Travel to Occupational Health Ambulatory centers across North, Central, and Southern NJ as needed.
