Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey seeks an LPN to provide clinical support under RN supervision, ensuring smooth patient flow and satisfaction.

You will administer medications per orders, assist with treatments and procedures, observe patient conditions, and communicate with patients and families. The role requires an LPN license and BLS; English proficiency is essential; Spanish is a plus.

• Assists patients with personal hygiene, nutrition, and activities of daily living.
• Utilizes equipment and supplies appropriately; assists physicians with procedures.
• Adapts to unit staffing needs and floats as required.
• Participates in emergent situations and supports patients and families.
• Completes data collection and plan of care; adheres to ethics and regulations.
