Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform non-interpretive data collection focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
• Provide hygienic care; assist with ambulation and meals as directed by RN.
• Position patients and provide perioperative and post-care support as indicated.
• Maintain a safe patient environment; respond promptly to call lights and notify RN of changes.
• Communicate patient needs and changes to the RN; participate in care planning.
