Responsibilities

• Post-acute long-term care/ skilled nursing facility setting
• 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Uses PCC charting system
• Overtime possible
• Provide skilled nursing care in LTC/SNF setting
• Residents within 80-mile radius eligible for local rate
• Local candidates with reduced rate
• No on-call or call-back requirements
