Active LPN license, valid driver’s license, and two professional references are requested. The role involves 12-hour night shifts (36 hours/week) with no weekends, but some holiday coverage, and offers housing allowance and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required (if applicable).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Two professional references with dates of employment.

Responsibilities

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (Post Acute care setting).
• LTC/SNF unit.
• Uses a computerized charting system other than common EMR platforms.
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.
• No weekends required, but every other holiday coverage expected.
• Provide skilled nursing care within a long-term care/post-acute setting.
• Local candidates accepted at a different rate.
• Candidates must reside within an 80-mile radius of the facility or meet local candidate criteria.
