Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a home health care provider in Warwick, Rhode Island, and has opportunities for LPNs with 1 year of recent prior Medicare Certified Visits experience. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health Nurse Contract Details

  • $1,480 – $1,629 per week*
  • 13-week contract
  • SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
  • LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
  • Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
  • Must have 1 year of recent experience with Medicare Certified Agency
  • *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements

  • Medicare Certified Agency Experience
  • Electronic Charting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
  • Current Rhode Island Nursing License
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
