Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a home health care provider in Northhampton, Massachusetts, and has opportunities for LPNs with 1 year of recent prior Medicare Certified Visits experience. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

  • 12-week contract
  • SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
  • LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
  • Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
  • Must have 1 year of recent experience with Medicare Certified Agency
