• ACLS preferred; required if serving as charge nurse.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting; not a nursing home or LTAC.
• Rehabilitation unit with patients typically staying around 14 days.
• Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
• Rotating weekends; every other weekend.
• Charge nurse responsibilities on each shift, overseeing a team.
• Team-oriented environment emphasizing accountability and patient-centered care.
• Ability to accept and apply feedback in a collaborative setting.
• Scrub attire in black or dark blue with closed-toed shoes.
• Free parking on site.
• Holiday coverage required; not possible to take every holiday off.
• Call-outs must be reported with >24 hours notice.
• RTO must be submitted and approved prior to offer; no post-offer RTO.
• Local candidates accepted.
