American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a home health position serving geriatric patients across a 60-mile territory outside the hub. The role requires 1+ year of recent home health experience, HCHB EMR proficiency, and BLS certification, with license required if applicable.

You will work Monday–Friday with possible weekend coverage, mileage reimbursed at IRS rates, and an iPad provided for documentation (scrubs in any color; jeans not allowed). First-time travelers are not considered.

Qualifications

• License required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of relevant, recent experience
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency in HCHB EMR required
• OASIS experience required for SOC

Responsabilités

• Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
• Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day
• Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to work weekends
• No on-call requirement, though on-call rotation may be discussed during interview
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office with expectation of flexibility across the territory
• Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
• Responsibilities include resumption of care and routine home health visits
• Weekly productivity requirement of 30 points
• Timely documentation and communication with the care team are mandatory
• Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted; cell phone not provided but iPad is provided
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Monday orientation required, including completion of billable training modules
• First-time travelers will not be considered
• Former employees of the facility must be separated for a minimum of 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler
• Travel pairs accepted, though each traveler is assigned their own territory and must have personal transportation
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application

• Skills required include medication administration, IV therapy/phlebotomy, injections, tube feedings, wound care/wound vac, and infection prevention techniques
