The position requires an LPN or RN license, with travel across communities and days shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN or RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during short-term assignments.
• Support a home-like, person-centered care environment.
• Supervise and support caregiving staff to meet residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.
