Job summary
Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) for a Home Health travel assignment in Spokane, WA. Under RN supervision, you provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes and accompany them to appointments as needed.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current LPN/LVN license in Washington, at least one year of nursing experience (home health preferred), CPR, and compliance with all federal, state, and local rules.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (Washington).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health experience preferred.
- Complies with all professional standards of practice; CPR if applicable.
- TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable; health certificate per contract.
- Meets all federal, state and local requirements; must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home.
- Accompany patients to appointments when indicated.
