Job summary

TMS is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 14-week assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. The role offers a 40-hour workweek with an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, ASAP start, and travel/contract status.

You will provide hands-on patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality care. The ideal candidate holds an LPN/LVN license valid in NH, demonstrates strong clinical assessment and

Qualifications

Active LPN license eligible to practice in New Hampshire.
Current BLS certification preferred/required per facility requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, safe, and individualized nursing care to patients.
Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Perform routine nursing assessments and document patient information accurately.
Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures.
Perform wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as assigned.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
Follow facility policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.
Promote a respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
