Job summary

Anistar Technologies is seeking a seasoned Low Voltage Superintendent to lead a large-scale data center installation. You will oversee the installation, termination, and testing of voice and data cables, and you must be comfortable working from a lift as part of the project team.

Ideal candidates read technical drawings, communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and are familiar with fiber optics, Cat 5e/6a, RS-485, and RS-232 standards. Travel will be involved.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical documents, drawings and prints.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Familiarity with fiber optics, Cat 5e/6a, RS-485 and RS-232 specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30+ personnel on a large-scale project.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and test equipment and devices; perform repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with administration and other trades for efficient project completion.
• Read drawings to install correct equipment in proper locations.
• Terminate equipment and field devices and verify operation.
