Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment at a Charlevoix, Michigan facility. You will assess residents’ health, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

Collaborating with the healthcare team, you will educate residents and families, document care, respond to emergencies, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• RN license per state regulations required
• BLS or CPR certification required
• ACLS certification preferred based on facility needs

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and vitals, administer medications and skilled treatments.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality care.
• Educate residents and families, document care plans and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment in a facility located in Charlevoix, Michigan. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessing health status, developing care plans, administering treatments, and supervising staff such as LPNs and CNAs. The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams, educate residents and families, document care, and respond to emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications include:

• At least one year of recent experience in a long-term care setting
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Preferred qualifications:

ACLS certification and additional certifications based on facility requirements.
